Pure Slush is now accepting submissions for procrastination.
Here is a definition of procrastination, as some people are confused about this: Procrastination is the practice of carrying out less urgent tasks in preference to more urgent ones, or doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, and thus putting off impending tasks to a later time, sometimes to the "last minute" before a deadline. Doing nothing, avoiding something that needs to be done, putting off something that needs your immediate attention ... it all takes up a lot of time and energy!
We want stories about ... you know ... how people ... ummmm ... waste a lot of time ... ... ... procrastinating.
Successful submissions for this project will be published online in 2015.
Word limit is 500 words maximum. You can submit fiction, non-fiction or poetry.
